We ship across the United Kingdom and to many international destinations. Services, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on destination, weight and carrier availability.

1. Delivery coverage

We deliver to addresses in the UK and to numerous international locations. Some areas may be excluded or limited by carrier restrictions or local regulations. Available services and ETAs are presented at checkout.

2. Shipping methods & costs

We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx). Options vary by destination and item. Typical methods and fees are outlined below:

3. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

4. Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Address corrections after dispatch may incur carrier fees.

5. Failed or missed deliveries

If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at a local depot, delivered to a collection point, or returned to us. Redelivery/return charges may apply. Use the carrier’s tools (where offered) to reschedule or add delivery instructions.

6. Customs, duties & taxes (international)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our item price or UK postage.
  • We declare value and contents in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.

7. Delivery timeframes & delays

Quoted times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier disruption, customs inspection, peak seasons, severe weather or events beyond our control. We’ll support carrier investigations where needed.

8. Damaged or lost packages

Important
Transit damage: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents.

Lost shipments: If your parcel has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
