Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in different currencies?
Yes — prices can be viewed in multiple currencies via our selector. Final charges are converted at the current rate by your card issuer. Currency display is for convenience; your statement may show minor rounding differences.
I made a mistake in my order — can I change or cancel it?
We process orders quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us ASAP with your order number. If the parcel has already shipped, you can return it under our Return Policy.
Do you provide VAT receipts?
Yes. If you need an invoice or VAT receipt, reply to your order confirmation or email info@grovegear.co.uk with your order number and billing details.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship across the UK and to many international destinations. Available services and prices are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.

How long will delivery take?
- UK Standard: typically 3–14 business days
- International Tracked: usually 5–21 business days (country/service dependent)
Times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs, peak periods, or severe weather.
My parcel is delayed, lost or arrived damaged — what should I do?
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within the timeframes below and include photos where applicable:
- Damage: within 48 hours of delivery
- Suspected loss: within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve the issue for you.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes — orders over £50 ship free on our standard UK service (after discounts). Other options are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return window?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to being unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all accessories. Start a return via Contact Us. Full terms: Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please use a tracked service.
What warranty do your products have?
Most products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise stated). Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. See our Warranty Policy for coverage and exclusions.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@grovegear.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible. We’ll guide you through troubleshooting or service options (repair, replacement or refund where appropriate).
Products & Stock
Are product images and specs exact?

What if an item is Out of Stock?
Out-of-stock items may be restocked or replaced by an equivalent model. Use the “Add to Wishlist”/notify feature where available, or contact us and we’ll advise on restock ETAs or alternatives.
Do you sell cordless tools and batteries that work together?
Many cordless tools are part of brand-specific 18V platforms. Always check compatibility between the tool, battery and charger. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll confirm the right match.
Do you provide EAN/Barcode information?
Where applicable, product pages include an EAN or model code so you can confirm the exact variant. Need a code that’s not listed? Get in touch and we’ll provide it.
